Hope’s Home Community Corp is a Transitional Home Center. Our mission is to focus on Ending Generational Family Division and the Poverty of Young Adults and their Children by Providing a Launchpad toward Foundational Family Structure.

A world where no child is devoid of fundamental family foundational structure. No parents are devoid of knowledge, analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and opportunities to raise successful children.

Hope's Home Community Corp is dedicated to providing safe and supportive transitional housing for teen parents and their children. We believe that every young parent deserves the opportunity to build a stable future for themselves and their families, and we will work hard to provide the resources and support they need to achieve this goal. We have a different view, and integration policy that separates us from other TLC that serves similar cause. We have a special interest in supporting family bonding and have a young father’s support system to promote fathers in the home. Supporting young males to becoming active fathers, and breaking cycles of fatherless homes.
