Future Brilliance: Enterprise and Workforce Development for Stability

MISSION: To promote stability and responsible private sector development through leadership and workforce development that leads to jobs.

Future Brilliance is a dynamic, woman-led, nonprofit organization, with 501 (c) (3) status, which uses innovative education and training models to solve social and economic problems in post conflict States, sustainably. Using global best practice, and the experience of partner institutions in other countries, we work to develop a workforce and qualifications that fulfil local market economy needs. Our approach is through education, technical and ethical and relevant business skills training and skills based work-placements.We engage closely with employers to determine the type and level of skills needed, and then work to deliver those skills to international standards and with international certification.

Our first project through our sister organisation Future Brilliance Afghanistan, has trained Afghan artisans in gem-cutting, jewelry manufacturing and design together with business skills such as digital literacy and e-commerce. We have launched a jewelry line (www.aayendajewelry.com), meaning 'future' in Dari, to enable our program graduates to develop and sell branded jewelry product to international markets.

Future Brilliance equips both men and women with tools to succeed in today's interconnected and competitive world: a spirit of enterprise, job skills, and knowledge of new technology, leading to life-changing opportunity and stability.
