Housing Services Corporation

The Housing Services Corporation (HSC) delivers programs that benefit Ontario’s affordable housing sector. HSC helps those who manage and administer affordable housing by providing programs that deliver value through economies of scale, support better capital asset management and improve energy efficiency. We also build sector capacity through our research, training and working groups and enable greater resident engagement and self-sufficiency by developing partnerships for social innovation with other organizations and networks.
