    On Our Radar is a small, international, vocational team of journalists, software architects, digital storytellers and development workers. We share a passion for equality, voice and community agency, and we pride ourselves on our innovation and creativity.

    We bring a cross-disciplinary approach to understanding and tackling the causes of voicelessness by collaborating with marginalised communities to find innovative ways to share their lived experiences.  

    ​​Our diverse, international team works on a range of innovative and challenging projects deploying Radar’s model and messaging solutions through wide-ranging partners, typically in the UK, Africa or Asia (recent partners have included Action Aid, BBC, Christian Aid, Comic Relief, Fairtrade Foundation, Groundswell UK, Leonard Cheshire Disability, Save the Children).
