  • Mission

The Mary Elizabeth House, Inc. A Ministry (TMEHI)provides housing and enabling supportive services to teen mothers near aging out of the foster care system, and a select few who have aged out of care. Our services include housing, child care, health care, and access to educational and financial security pathways. TEM also believes that strong support from mature, community-connected women who are willing to walk with these young into social and cultural areas that many of them are competely unfamiliar with could make the difference in them living marginolized lives, or lives closer to the center of society.

    About Us

TMEHI is a 501(c)3, non-profit organzation designed expressely to serve children and youth who are foster care connected, or recently aged-out of foster care. One of our major goals is to keep the children of teen mothers from entering the foster care system. Hence teen mothers in foster care, and recently aged-out of care must be supported to be all that they can be, and are willing to be if their children are to be successful.
