TAKE THE LEAD INC

Founded in 2014 by women’s leadership pioneers Gloria Feldt and Amy Litzenberger, Take The Lead is a national nonprofit dedicated to closing the gender gap in leadership. Our goal is to ensure women of all diversities and backgrounds hold their fair and equal share of decision-making positions across every sector. We achieve this through a combination of training programs, mentorship, thought leadership, and high-impact events - including our annual Power Up Conference in Washington, D.C. Over the past decade, we’ve reached millions through our programs, media, and partnerships, equipping women and allies with the skills and networks to lead boldly and create lasting systemic change.
