Grameen PrimaCare

  • About Us

Grameen PrimaCare is a non-profit organization that provides a high-quality, affordable primary care and health promotion program to immigrant women. Through our efforts, we are creating a transformative model that can foster a culture of health and engender a more equitable health system.

Our first pilot program, Grameen VidaSana (which means “healthy life” in Spanish), launched in Queens, New York in September 2014.

By capitalizing on the highly successful Grameen “group model,” and combining it with a comprehensive approach to healthcare, we provide our members with access to enhanced primary care services, a wellness center, health tools and a combination of discounted services.
