KALEIDOSERVE NFP

The mission of KaleidoServe, NFP is to encourage, enhance and enrich the underserved community; primarily youth, by both supporting and developing innovative projects and structured activities that will empower them to a revitalized life.

KaleidoServe, NFP is an organization geared towards providing youth in our local communities with fully sponsored leadership and dream development programs to provide our youth with a safe space for them to dream along with the necessary tools and services needed to make their dreams a reality. Through the embodiment of our 5 Pillars of Leadership: Respect, Empowerment, Authenticity, Courage & Humility, the consistent messaging of positive affirmations, and the belief that all our students are Kings and Queens, our programs foster the environment necessary to make their dreams possible.

The three programs that our organization offers are:

1. Dream Campaign
   1. An after-school leadership and dream development program for 30 students in 6 th-8 th grade in various communities.
2. Future League Jrs.
   1. A week-long experiential program for 2 nd-5 th graders looking to jumpstart their learning of our 5 Pillars of Leadership.
3. Future League
   1. A 6-week long, summer leadership and dream development program for 80 students that are in 6 th-8 th grade in various communities.

All our leadership and dream development programs are strategically designed to encourage our youth to EXPLORE their own potential, to be EXPOSED to what’s possible outside of their comfort zone & to ENGAGE in giving back to their communities and the world around them.
