Based in Sedgley and part of the Dudley Scout District, we are one of the largest and most active Scout Groups in Dudley; every week our young people, aged 6-18, experience everyday adventure and take part in our excellent Scouting programme.
As one of the oldest Groups in the country, our history dates back to 1910, just two years after Baden Powell founded the Scout Movement. Our members wear the traditional red neckerchief that all of the original groups proudly bear.
Since 1910 our dedicated teams have progressed with the times; producing exciting, dynamic, and modern programmes for our young people while teaching life skills and having plenty of fun along the way! We partake in regular meetings, adventurous activities, and camping trips. We believe that through everyday adventure, young people regularly experience and overcome new challenges that enrich their lives and make lifelong friends.
