To cultivate a dynamic workforce development system that stimulates economic development in the cities of Covington, Roanoke and Salem, and the counties of Alleghany, Botetourt, Craig, Franklin, and Roanoke Vision
To provide an effective workforce development system which produces well-trained, highly-skilled workers, promotes a good quality of life for individuals and families, and enhances regional economic growth.
