Mission, Vision and Values The mission of RCT is to provide refugees to the U.S. with a solid foundation, tools and access to appropriate resources to begin new lives, develop self-sufficiency and financial security, and become active members and voices in the Tucson community. Our vision is that the organization will become a model in innovative, participatory resettlement in the United States. We develop core resettlement services and supplementary programs such that our clients, staff, and community partners have the utmost capacity to reach their fullest potential. We embrace the ability to mesh cutting-edge creativity and passion with resettlement systems and structures such that the needs of our clients are met with respect and belief in their ability to succeed. We strive to create and maintain an environment that supports and inspires integrity, thoroughness, collaboration, ingenuity and personal responsibility.

Goals To fulfill its mission, RCT has set the following goals: 1. To provide newly arriving refugee clients with initial material and linguistic support and cultural guidance to assist them in establishing their lives in the U.S. 2. To supply quality programs that build client capacity to become active, successful members of their new community during the five years in which they are eligible for our services. 3. To enhance the ability of the Tucson community to successfully serve incoming refugee populations.
