Mothers Inspiring Mothers

Mothers Inspiring Mothers is a new non-profit organization for single mothers of Howard County ages 14-30. Our MISSION is to inspire our members to finish high school and complete a higher education degree, because research shows that less then 2% of teenage parents earn a higher education degree by age 30. Our VISION is to inspire, educate and motivate the young women of our program to their fullest potential of greatness. Being a single parent trying to balance school, work and home life is a challenge, however it is the mission of Mothers Inspiring Mothers to give the young women of our program the tools to be successful in managing their responsibilities.

Not only do we inspire our participants to finish high school and complete a higher education degree, but we also offer programs in teen pregnancy prevention as well as a Well Mom & Well Baby Program! All of our programs are based on best practice models and have been proven effective by Human Health Services.
