    Immigrant Home English Learning Program empowers immigrant families by providing individualized, in-home, English language education and tools for effective navigation or our community.

    About Us

    IHELP connects volunteer teachers with adult immigrant and refugee learners in our community to develop English and Life Skills. Along the way, our volunteers and students create new friendships and learn about each other. IHELP focuses on equipping students to function with increased confidence and independence, handle emergency and medical situations, gain financial literacy, and other practical living skills. Curriculum and study for the U.S. Citizenship Exam is also provided.
