Nonprofit Assistance Center (NAC)
The Nonprofit Assistance Center (NAC) is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization whose mission is to support community organizations and funders to be strong partners in movements for social justice through coaching, peer learning, and collaboration. Our vision is to create a world where every person has access to power, opportunity, and resources, thereby creating a just community and liberation for all.
NAC is a people-of-color led organization committed to serving communities of color, including the refugee, immigrant, low income, LGTBTQIA2, and other communities impacted by structural racism. NAC serves across the Puget Sound region, with a focus on King County.
Pillars of work
➢Organizational Capacity-Building: partnering with organizations to deepen their impact for social justice through providing coaching and peer learning through an intersectional equity lens

implement, and elevate initiatives for equity, diversity, and inclusion.
➢Transformative Leadership: building an adaptive and restorative culture of leadership that attracts
and sustains leaders of color in movement-building work
