- Leadership Atlanta is one of the premier community leadership programs in the nation. Our organization was founded in 1969, and in our 48 years of existence, over 3,000 leaders are graduates of the program. Leadership Atlanta’s training programs identify and cultivate leaders by providing a comprehensive educational forum to enhance the capacity of informed capable citizens committed to using their talents and positions to improve the needs of the metro Atlanta community. Our alumni form a diverse network of metro Atlanta’s top business, government and community leaders.
