  • Mission

The Gweedo Memorial Foundation focuses on raising awareness about driving dangers by educating new teenage drivers and their parents on the consequences of destructive driving decisions.

    About Us

The Gweedo Memorial Foundation is dedicated to something 95% of us do every day-driving. After the tragic loss of her only son, Conner, founder Tammy Gweedo McGee became a national advocate for safe driving, sharing her message in schools and communities nationwide. Tammy was also instrumental in the passing of two new bills in Virginia in 2021 and 2022 and in the process of passing a third bill and fourth bill!

When Tammy learned that the driver of the vehicle Conner entered was reckless, unlicensed, and had even bragged about their actions on social media, she created the anonymous website

www.IfYouSeeSomethingSaySomething.org. This platform provides teens a safe, confidential way to report concerns such as reckless driving, bullying, and potential threats, empowering them to speak up and help save lives without fear of retaliation.
