    About Us

The American Renewal Foundation was founded in May 1995, so it is in its twentieth year. The Foundation supports classical music in broadcast and performance, particularly in our area. The volunteer opportunity is part is our student program, which hosts overseas and American students for short-term internships. The Foundation arranges travel opportunities around the world for our students, including visits to Europe, Israel and other countries, annual trips to the Caribbean to study marine life, as well as any other interesting destinations.

Our volunteers are usually gap-year students, who should be 18 or very close to 18 upon arrival. We take volunteers for a minimum of one month at a time.
