EMpower - The Emerging Markets Foundation is working to improve the lives of youth in emerging countries through strategic grantmaking to grassroots organizations. EMpower ties the resources of Wall Street's Emerging Markets professionals with the vitality of community-based social sector initiatives in developing countries.

Grantee partners focus on alleviating the root causes of poverty through youth focused programs relating to health, education, and livelihoods and leadership. EMpower works to support these initiatives as well as heighten awareness of the socio-economic divide growing within developing nations.
