Horizon Science Academy- Des Moines

Our Mission

At HSA Des Moines, our mission is simple: To foster an environment of inquiry and a love of learning so students are prepared to thrive in a STEM-focused college and world.

We achieve this by preparing our students for higher education and beyond by creating an effective learning environment with high standards and expectations focused on science, technology, engineering, and math. We meet or surpass all state requirements for curriculum, offering advanced classes as well as a supportive environment characterized by committed parents, dedicated staff, and challenged students - making HSA Des Moines the best choice for your child's academic success.
