Engage the broader community though inclusive leadership and diverse partnerships. Promote dignity through full partnership with Habitat homeowners and future home partners. Promote transformational and sustainable community development.

People who work with Habitat have committed to work with families in their communities, putting Jesus Christ's teachings into practice by building and renovating houses. Habitat realizes that the enormous challenges of eradicating of poverty housing and the housing shortage can be overwhelming for just one group. However, if substandard housing becomes socially and morally unacceptable, and the issue of decent housing finds a permanent place in the hearts and minds of everyone around the world, the problem can be overcome and the vision can become a reality.
