    Covenant Retirement Communities have been leading the charge to meet the needs of older adults for well over a century. Since our pioneering leaders founded the Home of Mercy in Chicago in 1886, we have focused on helping residents live more fulfilling lives. We have spread this great legacy as we expand to serve more communities-not only here in the Elgin, IL, area, but from coast to coast.

    Today Covenant Retirement Communities consists of 14 communities across eight states. And thanks to the dedication of more than 2,800 employees, 5,000 Covenant residents live longer, more meaningful lives. As one of the nations largest retirement living organizations, we are able to provide exemplary service and world-class amenities.
