Mon County Habitat for Humanity works through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials. Currently Mon County Habitat for Humanity host approximately 13,000 volunteer hours per year. Those volunteers help our committees and the ReStore, which opened in 2007. The ReStore takes donations of reusable furniture, appliances, residential & commercial fixtures and furnishings and building materials. Then the Restore re-sells these items at thrift store prices using the proceeds to further our mission and help reduce our community’s impact on the environment.
