Roots Community Foundation

Our mission is to make a lasting impact in the Long Beach community by addressing mental health, substance use and homelessness.

The Roots Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing crucial support and resources for individuals and families facing substance use and mental health challenges in the Long Beach community. Through our compassionate services, including advancing the behavioral health workforce, supportive housing, case management, community resources, and outreach and education, we aim to restore hope and healing to those in need.
