About Us
SAIC's Career Development department works with students and alumni of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago as they develop their particular career paths. We provide advising by practicing art professionals, job search and informational resources, programming, connections to professional networks, and collaborations with academic, studio and student services areas on professional practice initiatives. These resources all support our key goal: to give SAIC students and alumni confidence to assert themselves, their work, and their roles as cultural workers.
