GroWest

Chartered in November 1995, GroWest, Inc. is a private non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose service area is geographically bounded by Genesee Street on the East, Oriskany Blvd. on the North, the City boundary line on the West and Burrstone Road on the South. We spend over 75% of our income on direct program delivery costs, and by 2010 GroWest will have managed the successful investment of millions of dollars in homebuyer, rehabilitation and technical assistance programs that have made thousands of housing units habitable and enriched the quality of life for hundreds of local families.
