Soul Seated Journey is developing a spiritually-rooted and culturally responsive character development program for emerging adults (ages ~18-34). We're creating a hybrid delivery model informed by 2 years of prototypes + in progress design research that combines digital tools with in-person community experiences to address the unmet emotional and spiritual needs of young adults, and especially BIPOC, first-generation, and immigrant-background young adults who face stigma around mental health, limited access to care.
Our program bridges Buddhist wisdom with modern science in an accessible format across traditions and cultures. We aim to test which practices measurably cultivate compassion, humility, and purpose in young adults, and what community structures best sustain personal transformation.
