    To provide trained special advocates for abused or neglected children in the Family Court of Montgomery County, who shall speak for the best interest of children, ensuring safe and permanent homes for each child in the least amount of time possible.

    About Us

    The Court Appointed Special Advocate Program of Montgomery County, Alabama, is part of the Family Court. CASA investigates, reports, monitors, and makes recommendations in the best interest of dependent children. We work closely with the child's attorney Guardian ad Litem, serving in the role of "friend of the court."
