Home Front Military Network connects service members, veterans and their families to critical resources and services to meet needs that are complex by fostering coordination, collaboration and partnerships among service providers; training community-based providers; and conducting outreach to providers and our military and veteran communities to increase knowledge of and access to resources.
Through our network of partner agencies, web-based information and resources, and call-in assistance, Home Front Military Network supports the whole individual and family by linking them to advocacy, behavioral health, child welfare & family supports, crisis intervention, education, employment & workforce readiness, medical & physical health, social services, and transition & reintegration services. A key component of our services is to provide "triage" to connect people quickly to the right services (so individuals are less likely to give up and end up in crisis); and follow-up support through navigation assistance to help those with complex challenges who need longer-term, personal help.
