Our mission is dedicated to assisting the low-income, limited English speaking individuals and families, refugee, and immigrant population to adapt to living in the United States and to achieve long term financial and social self-sufficiency. Lao Family’s diverse programs include human services (employment counseling and placement, financial education, asset development, housing counseling, etc..) and development of affordable housing and neighborhood serving commercial space in Northern California. Our programs are designed to be delivered in an integrated manner to give those that we support the maximum ability to obtain the necessary skills, means, and opportunities to succeed.
