The Center for Theory of Change (ToC) is the world leader in the development, training, collaboration and dissemination of ToC methodology. We serve NGOs, non-profits, government, human rights organizations and grassroots organizations. It is our mission that all social justice efforts be based on plausible, feasible and testable concepts and logic that will actually make a difference.
