The Mental Health Association of Franklin County Inc. is a Peer Run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. MHA provides a variety of services including Certified Peer Support Services, Community Support Program, Individual/Family Satisfaction Team surveys, and community advocacy. The Mental Health Association's mission statement is : "To actively help and promote mental wellness through advocacy, education, prevention, social action, supportive employment and support of research and legislation." The Mental Health Associations vision statement is "The Mental Health Association envisions a just, humane and health society in which all people are accorded respect, dignity and the opportunity to achieve their full potential free from stigma and prejudice."
