The Center for Millennial Engagement has a mission to advance the Human Resources and Workforce Development fields through a purposeful focus on the largest generation in the workplace; millennials. Although we take a multigenerational approach, our goal is to help business and organizational leaders devise practical strategies to attract, onboard, develop, and retain high-achieving millennial professionals.
