    The Kronos Performing Arts Association (KPAA) is a San Francisco-based 501(c)3 non-profit performing arts organization founded in 1973 that manages all activities of the Kronos Quartet (www.kronosquartet.org). Kronos commissions, performs, and records contemporary repertoire, tours internationally for five months annually, presents a ‘home season’ in the San Francisco Bay Area, and maintains an education and community program.
