Richmond's oldest no-kill shelter, Richmond Animal League has been saving lives of homeless animals since 1979. Rescuing and finding homes for more 2,00 animals each year, RAL also operates a low-cost spay/neuter clinic, collaborates with municipal shelters and other private rescues, and fosters an army of 300 volunteers to help further the mission of SAVING LIVES: providing hope, help and homes for animals in need.
