Restorative Justice Community Action (RJCA)

RJCA pioneered a face-to-face restorative justice model that brings community members and offenders together to address the harm caused by street crime. We work in Minneapolis neighborhoods to help protect quality of life by addressing such crimes as drug dealing and possession, soliciting prostitution, public drinking, public urination, and disturbing the peace.
