    Connect to Kootenai started as an idea in 2013 as CDA 2030 to listen to the collective voices of Kootenai County residents, businesses and city officials to create a plan that moved our city towards positive growth of our area and actively collaborating ways to fill the local gaps and needs for housing & growth, education & learning, jobs & economy, environment & recreation, health & safety and our overall community & identity.
