    The mission of Pathways (formerly Operation Bootstrap) is to create pathways to jobs and education for lower skilled adults in Lynn and the North Shore area by providing free classes that support our students' education and career goals. Started in 1976, we have served over 15,000 students over the past 40 years. The current roster of 300 adult students comes from 32 different countries around the world.
