To improve the health and quality of life in the communities we serve

For decades, Total Health Care has cared for families at every life stage. Our seven health centers are located throughout Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County. Many Total Health Care staff members live in the area and like to care for their own families and neighbors.

Total Health Care is one of Maryland’s largest minority-run, nonprofit, tax-exempt community health centers. This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) came from the 1989 merger of Constant Care Community Health Center, Inc. (founded in 1968) and the West Baltimore Community Health Care Corporation (1972).
