    The mission of the Columbia Child Development Program is to provide quality, inclusive services that respect, support and empower individual children, families and the community.

    About Us

    Columbia Child Development Program consists of two early childhood education programs: Child Care and Columbia Sullivan Head Start. Child Care serves more than 100 children and is located in Bloomsburg. Columbia Sullivan Head Start serves 257 low-income, 3-5 year old children and their families in Columbia and Sullivan Counties. Head Start provides free access to Early Childhood Education as well as comprehensive health, dental, nutritional, and social services for eligible children and families.
