  • Mission

Science Camps of America brings young people outside to explore the world around them and be inspired to care for it. We use fun, experiential science and engineering activities, leading to a future where all young people have opportunities to create life-long connections with the natural world. Science Camps of America (SCA) is a Kaneohe, Hawaii-based 501(c)3 nonprofit company founded in 2012.

    About Us

Science Camps of America was founded in 2012 to provide hands-on science camps and workshops for young people. Science Camp for Teens Hawaiʻi is an overnight summer camp for students in grades 8-12 held on Hawaiʻi Island. Campers go on field trips to explore and do science activities on the beaches, in the forests, on lava flows, and the mountains of this amazing island.

EARTH Camp is a day camp held each June on Oʻahu for middle school students. Interactive, hands-on, fun activities fill each day with opportunities for students to learn about the world around them.

Science Camps of America also provides workshops for various STEM conferences and Hawaiʻi public schools.
