Our professional touring company, Washington Reflections Dance Company, offers professional dance experience to DC area dancers. The company's mission is to strengthen the local and national dance community by promoting the unique inner city voice in the cultural discourse. Reflections serves as both a window into the African-American experience, and a mirror reflecting the diversity that exists in and beyond the Washington, DC community. Drawing from this community as a source of artistic inspiration, Reflections creates new works and reinterprets classic dance works using the African-American experience as a catalyst for new and exciting art for all people.
