The National Trust for Scotland USA

The National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA was established in 2000 as a not-for-profit organization by a group of American volunteers with a passion for Scotland and a dedication to the National Trust for Scotland. Our mission is to raise funds and increase awareness in America to support the properties of historic interest and natural beauty under the care of the National Trust for Scotland. To date, over $6 million in grants have been made to the Trust, including support for some of the most iconic sites Scotland. As Scotland’s largest conservation charity, the Trust cares for 129 historic properties, including 200,000 acres of countryside, 16 islands, 4 battle sites, and 26 castles, palaces & country houses.
