About LSA

LSA Family Health Service, founded in 1958, is a neighborhood-based nonprofit which works with the people of East Harlem to address the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual dimensions of family health. We help families meet their most fundamental needs: food, clothing, healthcare and a safe home. Through home visits, on-site services, support groups, classes and more, we help the most vulnerable achieve the wellness and strength they need to move forward.
