    The JungleVine® Foundation’s multi-faceted mission is to reduce poverty in northern Laos, preserve an ancient craft, and help mitigate global warming by promoting JungleVine® natural fiber.

    About Us

    Indigenous Khmu artisans in Laos gather JungleVine(r) from the forests around their villages, strip the pulp from fibers within, and spin the fiber by hand before creating bags. The bags, called Nature Bag, are a design that has been passed down for millennia. The Khmu share their bags with the world through the JungleVine Foundation.
