Union League Boys and Girls Club Camp

The Union League Boys & Girls Clubs Camp has been changing lives since 1921 and is located in Salem, WI - only 65 miles north of Chicago! Camp occupies 247 acres of land including a lake, lagoon, high & low ropes course, sports fields, hiking trails and much, much more.

Camp is a great place where children learn skills such as camping, soccer and arts & crafts along with independence, cooperation and communication. Children learn these skills by participating in a well developed program centered on fun and safety. Camp offers a wide variety of programs such as archery, boating, swimming, high ropes climbing, camping and arts & crafts to name a few.

We believe children need a sense of independence as they grow and mature through life. Camp allows children to gain this sense of independence in a structured and safe environment.

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. Boys and Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs, camp and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls, by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and influence. Boys and Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow—all while having fun.
