HAND IN HAND WATER SAFETY AWARENESS

  • Mission

Our mission is to equip all people with survival swimming skills and water safety best practices to prevent drowning related accidents.

    About Us

Hand in Hand Water Safety Awareness Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Kernersville, North Carolina. Founded in 2017, our vision is a world without drowning. We believe that everyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, geographical location, level of education, or socioeconomic status - should have access to lifesaving survival swimming skills and water safety education. We envision a future where these skills are passed down to younger generations, instilling confidence and safety in and around water.

The time and effort of our volunteers support Hand in Hand’s programs, including a local learn-to-swim outreach program, a global outreach program in Uganda, swim lesson scholarships, and community education.
