Our goal is to reduce shelter surrenders, and promote dignity, stability, and hope for individuals and families facing hardship. We’re a small but mighty team helping both people and pets in our community with the basics: hygiene bags, emotional check-ins, and emergency supplies. We believe that kindness goes a long way, and we’re out here proving it one project at a time. Paws & People exists because no one should ever have to face hardship feeling invisible. Whether it’s a warm meal, a kind word, or help for a beloved pet, sometimes the smallest acts of support can change everything.

  WHY WE STARTED

  This organization was born from a deeply personal place. A time in my life when I needed help and couldn’t find it. I’ve known what it feels like to be alone, to go without, and to be judged unfairly by people who did not know my story. But I also met people who had almost nothing and still gave what they could and that kindness has never left me.
