Spectrum Community Services' mission is to assist low-income, disadvantaged and elderly residents of Alameda County as they attempt to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and improve the overall quality of their lives. We employ multiple strategies to advance this mission, offering individuals and families programs that remedy crises, maintain and improve health and function, and develop skills and capacity to help themselves.
