North Central Victim Services (NCVS) mission is to
advocate for safe neighborhoods and supports victims of crime.
Our vision is to be recognized as a leader that advocates for victims and witnesses of crimes in North Philadelphia's 22nd Police District. The vision includes building bridges that create safer communities and seen as the community based organization that connects resources within the neighborhoods and the clients we serve.
