    The Food Depot fosters healthy communities by engaging a network of partners and developing solutions to create a hunger-free New Mexico.

    About Us

    As the food bank for nine counties, The Food Depot provides food to nearly 40,000 people experiencing hunger annually. Over 35 % of hunger needs are addressed through direct service programs operated by The Food Depot. The majority (65%) of The Food Depot’s hunger relief services involves food distribution to over 81 nonprofit agencies through 145 locations including food pantries, meal programs, shelters, youth programs, shelters, and senior centers. The Food Depot provides more than 430,000 meals to people in need - the most vulnerable of our community - children, seniors, working families and those in ill health.
